This is a new section of the site which we intend to develop in the coming weeks and months.  Like all of our sections we will include those individuals where we have consistently received good feedback about that individual or organization.

We’re launching this section with  Geoff is a leadership and business consultant with a difference.  He’s interested in developing the culture of organizations so that they are better able to communicate with themselves, which in turn enables them to be more effective and efficient in the world.  In essence his philosphy can be summarized as follows:

This emphasis on the ‘internal’ is a critical part of his philosophy, which we applaud, as it recognizes that when people feel better about themselves, they are unquestionably happier and naturally perform better. Not only is this in the best interests of the individual, it’s also in the best interests of the organization. Geoff has understood from working with business leaders all over the world trying to improve their effectiveness, that unless they better invest in themselves and their people their organizations can never quite deliver their promise. This is a process that only delivers best outcomes when it is carried out with integrity and a social conscience.
